Department

Vydehi Institute of Nursing Sciences and Research center (VINS &RC;) has been promoting research activities in nursing sciences since its inception in the form of postgraduate dissertation work and undergraduate research projects oriented to different aspects in nursing specialty such as medical and surgical nursing, OBG nursing, psychiatric nursing, community health nursing and child health nursing in the field of community and the hospital. Many research studies have been conducted on important nursing issues, since many ongoing research studies are on process.

The departmental of nursing research objectives are to,

Helps the student to understand basic research concepts and principles
Build up research potentials in the departmental of nursing with sincerity adhering to ethical principles
Encourage the students to apply a solid understanding of the research process & study findings to patient care and evaluation
