An Exhibition was conducted by Community Health Nursing department, VINS & RC on “Food Safety” inview of “World Health Day” which was held on 07th April 15.
The Exhibition was inaugurated by Dr.G.Mohan, Medical Superintendent and Dr.Ravibabu, Administrative officer, VIMS &RC, Bangalore.
There was a chart display prepared by 2nd and 4th year B.Sc (N) students regarding 5 key points of Food Safety.
1.Keep clean 2.Separate raw and cooked food 3.Cook thoroughly 4.Keep food at safe temperature 5.Use safe water and raw materials Exhibition started at 10am and ended by 4pm. All the students and faculty visited according to their allotted timings.
